I looked up the symbolic aspects of animals, for articles to do my blog, and i found a web site. After scrolling down the page of what looks like a list of exhibits at the zoo. I stumbled upon the squirrel. And it's significance is that it teaches preparedness and foresight. I agree and disagree with this. First of all. Squirrels are in fact the most useless animals on earth. The only thing they are good for is food for a another animal. Every morning, I walk to my car and a squirrel pops out of my garbage can. My garbage can is plastic, and there are holes chewed into it by the squirrels. But squirrels aren't all bad. I do agree with the article. They do help with being prepared. Every morning I have to be cautious when I pass my garbage can, not knowing how many squirrels will pop out at me. They are apparently supposed to help with foresight as well. Last summer I was barefoot in my back yard when all of the sudden I felt a sharp shooting pain in my foot. Guess what? I stepped on a squirrels jaw. So now I foresee stepping on another squirrel jaw. Ironic right?

David Hasselhoff?
I recently discovered a CD of a bunch of A Capella music. As I was listening to it, I noticed a song that was very interesting. The beginning starts out with a loud "HOOGA CHACKA!" going repetitively. Then it breaks into chorus. It amazed me when I looked it up on youtube, that David Hasselhoff had covered the song. I don't think i stopped laughing for a good ten minutes. Aside the Hoff and his insane music video, I think the song is... romantic? To say the least. David Hasselhoff in my opinion needs to find something to do with his life. Besides being a prestigious host of America's Got Talent. I mean come one really? The person who wrote the song must be ashamed that the Hoff redid his song, that probably had a lot of sentimental value. Every time I listen to this song now, I think of David Hasslehoff dancing around in fur jackets and dancing wiener dogs in the background. The music video is like a bad acid trip from the 70's. And it has nothing to do with the lyrics of the song. The whole time it's the Hoff in different outfits dancing in different parts of the world. At one point there are two little girls dressed in angle costumes hanging around him. It's too weird for me. Check it out. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PJQVlVHsFF8
